Tangles requests a 24 hour notice for any appointment cancellations. Any cancellation less than the specified time will be charged 50% of the service booked. “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of service value. Please remember we make our living by reserving time for our clients, therefore our policies are strictly enforced. Thank you!
To maintain an environment conducive to relaxation and in consideration of our guests, we request that children not accompany you on your appointment day. Please make separate appointments for your children.
Return/Refund Policy. Any returns or refunds for product must be within a 30 day time frame of your original purchase. A 5% fee will be charged to original purchase amount. Service refunds are issued as an in-salon credit for amount of service.
