Cancellation Policy
Please understand that we make out living by reserving time for our clients. Therefore, our policies will be strictly enforced. 24 hour Advance Notice is required for ALL appointments. Any cancellations that are not made within the specified time, or late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service time booked. No Shows will be charged 100% of service booked.
Appointments that are 15 minutes late will be treated as no show. We generally book back to back, and this 15 minutes extra would cut into our next clients scheduled space.
