In response to the recent news story covering Tangles Salon.
The salon was closed Feb 1st 2013. We have every intention of refunding or honoring service for these certificate sales to our clients after the reorganization.
In fact, an email has been circulating to clients that have purchased a Groupon or an In- Store certificate. A copy of this email is published here. We are very sorry for any confusion that this has brought.

In-Store Certificate Purchasers:
Thank you for your inquiry.
We are very sorry that our email regarding Tangles closing for reorganization did not reach you in a timely manner.
We have canceled the email service that we have been using and will have direct contact with you through this email address. (contactus@tanglesmadison.com)
Unfortunately, we do not have a time frame established regarding when the reorganization will be complete. But we have options that we will be offering to everyone that has a credit with tangles.
Options:
1. We are working with the stylists to complete your services after the reorganization is in place. More information regarding this process will be available soon.
2. Your current stylist will be given the option to honor your service at a different location. This option might include your paid certificate to be used toward the price of your service.
3. Refund - This process will happen only after the full reorganization comes to fruition.
Thank You for your patience during this process. We have ALL intentions to make this a smooth transition for you.
